APPLICATION AND CHARACTERSTICS :
1.Provides hair excellent soft,smooth,dry and wet-combability,leaving hair lustrous and silky when used in shampoo.The concentration is 2.5-5%.
2.Can change skin from being dry and tight,and imparts good soft feeling with skin when used in shower cream.The concentration is 1-3%.
3.Provides a moisture,silky feel but not oily while used in moisture cream,hand cream.The concentration is 1-2%.
